    Permission Issues

Ensure the user has the correct permissions in both: Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse or Warehouse) and Power Apps environment (at least Environment Maker + Table-level access)

I would also suggest checking the app may need DirectQuery or dataset access set up properly.

    Thanks, Ramesh

    Hello

I resolved the same error, and it turns out that only the user who set up the Fabric Link has access to that connection.

You’ll need to ask that user to grant you (and anyone else who needs it) access to the Dataverse connection in Fabric.

They can do this by going to Settings > Manage connections and gateways.

Unfortunately, unless the permissions are updated, the only other option may be to unlink and recreate the connection.

    Hi Ramkishor,

Ensure you have access to the table in D365 that you are trying to pull data from.
Had similar issues while setting this up. If you are administrator and you are unable to access this then recreating the connection is the best option or raise a MS incident and the team should be able to help you on the same.

If the individual creating the connection has not shared the data connection details with you then the tables won't synchronize. Also, check the dataverse permissions on the tables. As Aymen rightly said, ensure that you have access to the Dataverse connection to Fabric.
