Hi guys,
When I qualify a lead only an Opportunity and Contact is being created.
Cannot understand why an account is not being created??
This was happening and has since stopped :-S

Hi Bipin, We have selected no so that we get the options for which entities we want created, to which we answer YES to all, but it is still not working. I have a separate question titled "Account not creating when qualifying lead" asked in the forum with the screenshots if you would like to take a look here:

If you are on cloud and latest version of dynamcs CRM, Can you navigate to Settings->Administration->System Settings->Sales tab and check if Qualify lead experience is selected as yes which will by default create Account, Contact and Opportunity record upon qualifying the lead. See below image.
If this option is set as No then you will prompt window to choose what records you want to create.
