Multiple connections (TIME_WAIT) to the Exchange 2010 EWS

Recently we had troubles, that our Exchange server did not sent some e-mails coming from the CRM 2016. When we tried to discover this issue we saw that the CRM is holding multiple connections to the EWS of our Exchange 2010 server. Here's a picture:

How do we find out, what are the cause of this connections? Or is this the normal behavior?

    To be more accurate: Also the not red marked rows are connections to the CRM.
