WebClient > Page List > Column Filter Function fail in Vietnamese Language

Each WebClient Page List column has Filter function by default

After click on Filter button, WebClient redirect user to an ERROR Page

It happends under Vietnamese Language (English Language works well)

ON Server machine, Event View recorded an Application ERROR with less information

Server OS: Windows Server 2012 x64
Dynamics NAV Version: 2017

Localization: Vietnamese translation appear in NAV: Table Field Option, Object Text Constant, Table Field Caption, Multi language Package

I would suggest just compile all the object and check as well as check permissions set for service.
