I added a field to the case resolution table that allows us to store an amount spent on resolving a case. Is there a way to create a chart from this that I can use in a dashboard? When I go to list all the entities there isn't even a section for charts.
Currently, we can't create charts and dashboards for case resolution table:
As the following screenshot shows, there is no chart component under this entity and no create button on the dashboard:
Maybe you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes. Ideas (dynamics.com)
Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
