Field Data Not Showing in Form

Hello,

I have created a Business Process Flow that fills 5 fields with our sales reporting value depending on the stage selected in a drop down. Everything works correctly on the form, but the currencies appear blank on the view. Any reason why the data is not transferring to the view, but is visible in the form?

Perhaps there are two fields with the label 'Currency'? The one on the form is the one that the Business Process Flow interacts with, and the other is perhaps an out-of-the-box currency field that appears in the default view. If you try to edit the view, is there another column of the same name available?

No that is not the issue. I created an option set with 5 options and five currency fields with the same names as the option set. The business rule I created will put the estimated total revenue of the opportunity in the currency field of whatever option in selected from the option set and all 4 other currency fields (option set options) will equal zero. It is working properly in the opportunity form, but in the view, the data for these 5 fields is blank ONLY for opportunities that were created before the field and business rule. If the opportunity was created after, it shows up correctly in the view column. Even if it was modified after the fields were created it still shows up blank for all opportunities created before the fields/business rule.

If this rule isn't working well as a Business Process Flow, you might try creating it as a Workflow process instead. When I use those to write data to a field, the data is sure to stay there once I close the form.

The issue is not with the data staying in the form. Everything is working perfectly fine, except for the opportunities that were created before the fields were created. If the opportunity was created before the new fields, the record shows those fields blank in the view even if they are in the form.
