Hello everyone,
I'm currently working on importing data from various sources regarding my contacts. Specifically, I'm looking to store information such as orders, order lines, and other related activities. I have a question about how to view all this contact data within the Customer Insights data in Customer Insights journey.
For instance, when I import a contact with their associated orders and activities into the Customer Data Platform (CDP), can I visualize this information in the ci journey ?

for example in customer insights journey can i see the contact /mr x/ with his orders?

I'm also curious about where Customer Insights stores these activities. Is it possible to access this data in Dataverse?

Hi Partner,

You can try to connect Customer Insights and Customer Insights - Journeys customer journey.

Contacts and segments are available directly through Dataverse after connecting the two apps.

Or you can refer to the following documentation, which provides more export options:

Select one option you want to export data, then you can try to import these data to Dataverse:

As long as the data exists in the database, you will be able to access it from marketing in the same environment.

Hello, I appreciate your response, but I'm working on a distinct task. I'm utilizing the Dynamics Customer Insights data connector to import data. I can see the tables that have been created in the Customer Data Platform (CDP). However, my objective is to make these entities visible within our CRM. For instance, if I import the 'Orders' table from Customer Insights data, I aim to have it appear as an entity in our CRM. I've attempted to locate these tables in Dataverse, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find them

Hi Partner,

'Orders' entity? sales order?

You can't find it in the Dataverse?

It should be one OOB entity, and it need sales license based on the Microsoft documentation:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/create-edit-order-sales

Or you can try to create custom entity in Dataverse to store order.

Hello Leah, thank you for your response; I genuinely appreciate your assistance. However, I have a question that's puzzling me. When I create a connector in Customer Insights Data, it generates a table in the environment. Is this table accessible outside Customer Insights? For instance, can I view this table in CRM or Dataverse?
