Transfer Out 'Inventory Issued Report' displays only 0 in Description Column

We just installed the  Hot fix: KB3183350 ver 2.0.2023. Now when we print the Transfer Out - Inventory Issued Report, The Description column only displays/prints a single 0.

    I found the answer. KB3183350 ver 2.0.2023 is the culprit. After uninstalling RMS and reinstalling RMS plus the CU5 and the ver 2.0.2022 hotfix, the problem is solved
