Hi,
Is there a way to show all related accounts in a subgrid on the accounts form?
Example: I have law firm that consists of 1 head office and 75 affiliated offices (1 parent and 75 child accounts).
I want to add a grid that lists all 76 offices when I open the accounts form.

Hi,
you might use account hierarchy - it's not a subgrid, but you'll see the whole "family" there.

Or you might try to dynamically set up fetchxml for your subgrid view, which is not really a supported customization. There are more details here:

That only works when you're on the parent account.
Example:
London is the Parent (head office)
Berlin, Paris, New York are child accounts
If I open the London account, I want to see: London, Berlin, Paris and New York in the view.
If open the Berlin account, I want to see: London, Berlin, Paris and New York in the view.
Hi Monty,
