Dynamics CE Pipelines Issue

Dear I created pipeline to deploy solution on Dynamics CE online version but I am facing an issue that is 401 unauthorize error even I grant permissions to the application user and even assign api permissions to the application which is dynamics crm
user impersonation.

Please guide me which permission I missed.
