Call From field is not auto-populated

Hi!

Whenever I create a phone call from the timeline of a contact, the Call From field isn't getting automatically populated. Am I missing something that I need to configure?

I've checked the following items:

There are no business rules attached to the quick create form.
There are no javascripts either attached in the quick create form.

There is no such settings which should stop from field to be populated until and unless some one is removing it explicitly manually or through java script.

Since when have started noticing this issue ? , what happens if you directly go to activities nd click on phone call ? Do you see the from field getting populated ?

Something might be broken, Please do the through check and if nothing works please reach out Microsoft support.
