VOC - Missing Configuration

In the articles, I see reference to Configuration within the VOC solution.

However my VOC the configuration is missing

D365
The VOC version : 9.0.1027.16

note the missing configuration below.

any ideas?

    The underlying reason for the question is were is the following functionality that is usually found in Configuration: -

    Trigger response processing

    Hi,

    This Configuration is only for enabling the VOC in old Instance but in the case of D365 there is no need to enable. it will be enable automatically when you install the VOC in new instance.
