    Hi Jenifer,

If you need to do import in batch one time, leverage data entities standard functionality. On the Data Project, there is option to import in batch (scroll through tabs on Data project header).

If you need to do this regularly and automated, look for RIS and/or power platform capabilities to push file to recurring batch job in D365.

    For manual import:

    1. Use excel add-in

    2. Use data management

For the automated import in PROD:

    1. Use LogicApps

    2. Use BizTalk + REST APIs and upload data packages containing excel file.

If needed extra help on REST APIs refer below article:

    3. RIS (DONT USE for PROD environment)

    Hi Jenifer,

As Satish said, the standard function can help you to import excel in batch one time.

If you want to finish a scheduled task, you can create a form as a dialog that you can import your excel to D365.

Please take a look on the following article about importing Excel to D365:

    community.dynamics.com/.../import-upload-data-in-d365-ax7-using-excel-file:

And then use the existing form as a dialog of your batch class:
