Hi,

I am attempting to set a default email signature for all users of a team, but it doesn't seem to take effect. When a user creates an email, the email body is blank, and the default signature doesn't appear automatically.

Hi Aiman,

The display of the default signature depends on the value of your 'From' field：

If the From field is changed to a user, the user email signature will appear.

If the From field is changed to a queue, the default email signature of the owner of the queue will appear.
