Hello,
the E-Mail Designer shows me the following Alert:
This mean in english:
The design that appears to your recipients may not look like this preview, depending on the email service and device. Use the email client preview to ensure that your email appears this way in all inboxes.
Automatic HTML code customization is disabled. Emails designed or updated in Email Designer may not display correctly on all email clients.
What does that mean for my E-Mail Design?
Is there something i can do to fix this?
Thanks
I'm not sure how this information helps at all, but I have noticed that when I use the D365 email designer I believe that I don't usually see this message.
When I write my own HTML emails, I do see typically see this. This is usually the route we'll go. I haven't noticed any problems, and we do send out quite a few emails.
FYI, the code to enable the designer within a custom HTML email can be found here: docs.microsoft.com/.../custom-template-attributes
Hi,
Both of them are not error message so they will not affect the delivery of the email.
The first alert is a reminder message which will always be shown.
Please refer to the following documentation to know the Email client previews.
Preview and test send an email message design (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
The second alert is a warning message. But I cannot reproduce it.
So you can deliver the email as planned and if there is any abnormal display, you may follow up with the new phenomenon.
Or you can raise a support ticket to MS for further help.
