Hello,
We will be doing weekly imports into a custom entity and would like to automate this process using a custom import process where we can browse to a CSV file or place the file in a directory and import it into CRM, basically a webservice import. Much like Scribe but using custom services. Is it possible and can someone point me to some tutorials on how to accomplish this?

Hi,
You can do this.. you need to read CSV file, parse it and using CRM web API insert records into CRM.
You can create console application, which will monitor activity on specific folder, when CSV file is placed in directory program will start and read CSV file.

Once you have CSV file data.. you can easily insert data into CRM using CRM webservices or WEB API.
