best training option for certification

Hi,

Sorry to post what is definitely a recurring question, but can you please recommend what is the best online training for Dynamics these days?

For subscription services I prefer the monthly "all you can train" type but if those do not contain sufficient in-depth training, is it better to take the per course ones, and if so what is the recommended service?
