Job Posting in Dynamics 365 for Talent + LinkedIn

  1. Dynamics 365 for Talent includes a LinkedIn Recruiter account.  Is it the Lite version or a full version of LinkedIn Recruiter?
  2. If we create a job position (or) job post/Post a job in Dynamics 365 for Talent, will it also be posted to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and or Indeed?

    1. Attract doesn't include a LI recruiter license. You have to purchase that separately. w/o LI recruiter license Attract can display the public LI profile for candidates. If you have a recruiter license you can set up an integration between Attract and LI and then will see the full LI profile as you can see it in LI recruiter also in Attract.

    2. Not yet. We are working to post a job to an internal career site. After that we will enable to post to LI. After that more and more job boards will follow.

Has there been any more detail on the ability to post directly to job boards and obtain/import applications into Attract??

Posting to a Talent career site will go into public preview soon.

Is there any more specificity for release on this feature? Q1 or Q2 timeline even? I want to implement the solution soon and this is one of my hurdles. Is there any early access considerations for partners?

Hi, I'm running the current Dynamics 365 - Talent and within Attract I am not able to see the "Job Postings" tab under Job Setup - does this also require a recruiter license to LinkedIn?

    Thanks

    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

Did you enable the Preview Features in the Attract app?

I assume the "Job Postings" are still in preview therefore you need to enable this setting "Admin settings".

    Kind regards,

    Tom

There seems to be very limited documentation on this feature on the docs

    docs.microsoft.com/.../access-preview-feature

Career site – The current version of the career site just lists all open jobs. However, more capabilities will be added to the site in the future. Jobs can be marked as either internal or external. Internal users who sign in to the site will see both internal jobs and external jobs. However, non-internal users and users who aren't signed in will see only external jobs.

I would love to read more about this feature, are there any blogs from people who have used this or video tutorials anywhere?

Is LinkedIn Recruiter License necessary to post jobs on linkedin?

Hi Shubham, no. LinkedIn recruiter is not required to post jobs to LinkedIn. You can find more information here: docs.microsoft.com/.../attract-post-jobs-to-linkedin
