Budget import from Excel not working since upgrade

Since the upgrade earlier this week when I attempt to import a budget from excel I get the "You cannot import the same information twice. The combination G/L Account No. - Dimensions - Date must be unique" error. This happens on previously successfully imported budgets as well as on a budget I made by copying actuals, then exporting to excel, and then re-importing.

Has anyone else experienced this, if so, is there a solution?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I confirmed that the GL accounts, dimensions, dates are unique in my excel file. Is there a workaround or solution for this issue?

I'm having the same issue and can only upload one version of any budget per day. Did you ever find a better solution than waiting until the next day? I've tried deleting all of the budgets, creating new budgets, and using new upload files, but I still keep getting the same error message as you did.
