not able to search Opportunity if the status is won or Canceled/Closed in the Quick Search box(CRM 16.2.2)

CRM Version 1612 (8.2.0.749) (DB 8.2.0.749) on-premises

In the All Opportunity Grid I have few records. and I am trying to search the Opportunity which is having Status Reason Won/Canceled but I am not able to search even through record is available. but if I am searching another Open Status Opportunity, I am able to Search.

So Just want to know do we have any filter condition in the search box.

Hi Ravindra,

go Settings > customization > customize the system > entities > Opportunity > views > quick find view, click on Edit Filter Criteria and delete open filter. Save and publish your changes.

Hi Ravindra,

That's true, Even this search box might have a filter condition. Basically it use a view in the background. you should be able to find this view from customizations -> Entities -> Opportunity -> Views -> Look for Quick find view --> open it and click on filter criteria.
