Converting a sales quotation into a Quotation Template

Hello, We are looking to shift into utilizing the Sales Quotation Template functionality for Dynamics365 F&O. I currently have approximately 426 sales quotations which we would need to establish a template for. My question is, if there is any way to somehow convert the existing quotes into a template rather than starting over from scratch and creating a new quote, adding the Group ID, template name, activating the template, and THEN adding the line details. Obviously, this would be a very manual process but the template fields on the quotation header are greyed out on the existing quotes.

Thanks in advance!

    Hy,
may be it is worth to try to export your existing SQ's, manipulate the SalesQuotationTemplateGroupId and SalesQuotationTemplateName in the SalesQuotationHeaderV2Entity.
I don't believe and did not test that you can sucessfull reimport he existing SQ's.
But it should work to import as new SQ's when you remove the SalesQuotationNumber to create new ones.

    Hope thsi helps.
