Have you assigned Command to the Button.
Sorry Saad , Actually command was defined by me but forget to assign it to the button.
now i assigned it and published .

In the Solution Elements i am able to see a command defined.
But web resource is in default solution and i have loaded some another custom unmanaged solution which do not have the web resource.
what gone wrong i am not getting it.
There is no Command for Button1. Refer Defining a Button Command in below link:
