How can we create a Quote in Opportunities when the products are added in Opportunities?

I m working on a project, where it requires that whenever products are added to the opportunity (of any contact) so the Quote should be generated automatically. Then we just have to send the Quote, we don't need to manually create the quote.

Hi Shariq,

You can create one automated flow in power automate to achieve it.

1.Trigger:

When the product is added in one opportunity, one 'opportunity line' related to the opportunity can be created, so you can use it as trigger:

2.Get a row by ID--get information about the opportunity:

3.Add a new row--create quotes with value from opportunity:

4.Test:

Thanks for your help, but I need a little bit of guidance that there are no Opportunity lines in "Table Name"

Hi Shariq Amir,

You should need to avoid duplicate threads. Here is the previous one Workflow for Quotes - Dynamics 365 Sales Forum Community Forum.

If you are not able to find Opportunity Line then use Opportunity Product.

Thanks, It worked.

But some of my problems are the same the quote has been generated automatically after adding the product, but in the quote section again I have to add the products

1. Over here I have added the product in the Opportunity

2. But here the total amount is 0, and I have to add products manually

Hi Shariq,

You can create 'quote line(quote product)' in the flow, then copy value from opportunity line(opportunity product).
