Microsoft Dynamics AX on IOS 13 NOT WORKING

Hi.

Since IOS 13 launced on September 13, the Dynamics AX app hasn't been working on iPhones.

When on earth is this going to be fixed? This sould be a top priority.

Can we atleast get a hint on the time-window we are looking at? Next week? Two mounts? Please.

Not a single word on the issue - I find it very unprofessional.

    Hello AAndy,

    This is not the right place to complaint because the forum is run by volunteers who regularly face the same problems that you do.

    Given the urgency of this matter, I would recommend that you open a support case with MS directly and talk to one of the support engineers.

    They have the tools, contacts and means to help you out quickly, can do a screenshare and provide you with other tools that help fixing this seemingly urgent issue quickly.

    Microsoft is already aware of the issue. They are working on a solution, but not ETA yet...
