Refresh Data only from Production to Sandbox for Customer Engagement instance

Hi all,

Hoping you can help me! we have a Production and Sandbox environment, we do not want to copy Production to Sandbox every time we want to update the data (as this could be weekly).

Is there a way to just refresh the data from Production to Sandbox? i have looked into Lifecycle Services but Im not clear where to get it or if it is compatible with Customer Engagement as only see it available for Operations?

Any advice links to step by step guides would be immensely appreciated.

You can use SSIS with kingswaysoft connector or azure data factory for this scenario.

Hi Colin,

Unfortunately, for Dynamics CRM, we do not have a solution to copy the production environment data to a specific sandbox environment periodically at this time.
