Cannot insert duplicate key

Hello ,

Please I Get the error "Cannot insert duplicate key" ,when trying to change the owner of an account record & i get it only with some users .

Any Idea ?

    Hi Alex ,

    I check & I did not think there is plugin triggered when i assign the record.

    The log file does not say too much .

    no I assign it with the owner field ,the assign button is not working(did not manage to see why).

    Hi david,

     do you have any custom plugins in your environment? Actually, when getting that error, is there an option to download a log file? You might be able to see more details in the log..

    Hello,

    How are changing the owner?

    With the help of the assign button or by editing the owner field?

    Did you try both?

    I think you should only do it with the assign button and make the owner field read-only.
