Is there a way to have Advanced Find read a list of values to search for? I have a list too long to type into Advanced Find each time I need to do a search. Advanced Find limits the number of values and operands you can enter into the search window, and my list is much longer than it allows. It prevents additional keystrokes when the limit is reached. If I could build a list and just point Advanced Find to the list...

I think it's not possible using Advanced Find. Maybe you can checkout the FetchXmlBuilder and SQL 4CDS tool in XRMToolbox.

The list is the values to search for in the database, in whatever field is to be searched.
For example, if I'm asking "show me all the customer records with any of the following values in the field Customer Number".
There is a limit to the number of times (or keystroke length) Dynamics will allow in the Advanced Find window where that list of Customer Numbers would be entered for a search. Also, if the list of Customer Numbers is simply too long to key enter every time, it's effectively the same as having that limit.
In either case, being able to feed Advanced Find the list of Customer Numbers--perhaps from an MS Excel table--would solve the problem.
Also, although I can accomplish the search by extracting to Excel and searching there, that's not what I'm after. I'm looking for a way to accomplish this in Dynamics.
