10.0.39 Financial Reporter display issue

Good day,
 
Just reaching out to see if others are having similar issue with 10.0.39.  When using Financial Reports Report Designer it has display issues on the Report Definition Building Blocks section.  Seems to cut it off.  No ability to set Row/Colum/Tree definitions.
 
And for those that are experiencing this, are you aware of possible fix/workaround?

    fixed this for us too. NB We are on 10.0.38, not .39, so this is not a new .39 issue.

    In our case the following solution provide a working application:
    Start a command prompt and use this command to clear the online app cache:
    rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
    When you do this for the user the application for report designer will be triggered to download again and the problem of the missing building blocks is gone. Also for the language part our problem was gone.

    Hi Fellow D365ers:
     
    Does anyone already have a solution to this issue? We also encountered it after our App was updated to 10.0.39 last month. We have like 5 users who cannot access the Building Blocks section and as an alternative, i changed the user Language credential from EN-AUS to EN-US and i can see the Blocks section now. I already submitted this issue to Microsoft Support and still waiting for their response. 
     
    Appreciate someone's recommendation.

    Hi,
     
    I have foud solution:
    1 locate where the app is sitting: (task manager-> app management reporter for...-> properties)

     
    2 go delete whole folder
    3 do go d365/ GL->report inquiries - > on any report edit (usual to open financial reporter)
     
    the whole app will dowload again
     
    missing elements will be back.

    Australia, our current workaround is to switch to US temporarily to make any necessary changes on Report Definition or when creating new reports.

    @aussiedsmith which language did you experience this with?  I tested in Contoso, changing my language to Spanish (es) and Report designer displayed normally.

    WE just upgraded to v39 and are experiencing this issue in Management Reporter.
    Has anyone found a solution?
    Can you kindly share, if yes.

    Hi,
     
    In case someone has same issue I believe we found that it is user option language setting related.  Doesn't seem to display for any non US language settings.

    I think I saw another thread by a different user on this very same topic last week, but I can't locate it now.  Hopefully you'll have success finding it and there's a solution posted.
