10.0.39 Financial Reporter display issue

Good day,

Just reaching out to see if others are having similar issue with 10.0.39. When using Financial Reports Report Designer it has display issues on the Report Definition Building Blocks section. Seems to cut it off. No ability to set Row/Colum/Tree definitions.

And for those that are experiencing this, are you aware of possible fix/workaround?

Hi,
You highlighted version 10.0.39, have you encountered this problem before? What did you do to cause this problem? Can you provide more background information? Based only on the information you provided, can you check the Security Role and Access Rights of the Management Reporter user.

We are testing it in UAT (10.0.39) and encounter this when using Financial Reporter. I'm testing as me (Sys Admin) as I currently action new/changes to reports. No change to permissions simply testing as is in UAT with the new version.

No error, just unable to access Building Blocks to complete Report Definitions as per below, you can see it is cut off the screen, no scroll bars, tried in different browsers with no luck. Thanks. Tested it on other environments (10.0.35 and 10.0.36) with no issues, only issue on 10.0.39.

I think I saw another thread by a different user on this very same topic last week, but I can't locate it now. Hopefully you'll have success finding it and there's a solution posted.

Hi,

In case someone has same issue I believe we found that it is user option language setting related. Doesn't seem to display for any non US language settings.

WE just upgraded to v39 and are experiencing this issue in Management Reporter.

Has anyone found a solution?

@aussiedsmith which language did you experience this with? I tested in Contoso, changing my language to Spanish (es) and Report designer displayed normally.

Australia, our current workaround is to switch to US temporarily to make any necessary changes on Report Definition or when creating new reports.
