Thanks for reaching out.

It is possible to export your Dynamics 365 Marketing data into an Azure blob storage and, if you wish, to create your own custom reports using Power BI. There are Power BI reporting templates for customer journeys and email marketing to help you identify your most effective journeys and messages as well as to help you deep-dive into your email marketing analytics.
