AP Edit - Distribution Type on AP Edit

I've used the following KB article to add the distribution reference to the AP Edit Report.

The modifications work well, but the client would also like to add the Distribution Type.  I can add the field, but it shows up blank.  Is there an issue with having that particular field appear on this version of the AP Edit Report.

Please advise.  Look forward to a response.
