Is there a way that i can display ProductName on word template linked with Quotes. I am facing problem in displaying product name when line item is write-in product instead Existing Product.
I tried adding a calculated field to capture product name from existing product or write-in product but in calculation, not getting field productid.name or productid.productname.

I have an invoice template. I added the "productname" and it works for existing products. But it does not show Write-In Products in word.
I tried to add
these too but none of them displays Write-In Product names.

I tried the calculated field and foud the same behaviour i.e. the productid.name doesn't appear on the calculated field editor.
However I tried the word template having the values from both existing product & writein product next to each other and it works. i.e. for writein product it displays the write in and for product it display the product.
Can you try this and see if it works?
