one contact working in two companies

Hi,

I would like to record a person who works in several companies with different contact details. Linking does not seem suitable to me, because the emails from MyPerson@company1.com should be linked to Company1, emails from MyPerson@company2.com should be linked to Company2 and so forth.

How does this work, should I then enter the person twice?

I would be pleased to receive a tip!

Hello Dirko ,

I'm assuming that Person is an entity. It would be wise to record 2 separate contacts and associate the respective companies.

As it makes it easy to track the company related records separately.

Not a nice solution, but you probably have to accept this redundancy as a compromise solution.
