System Customizer Security Role cannot see CDS PROD Environment

Hi,

we would like to assign the default "System Customizer" Role. This person should be able to edit Flows on the Environment, unfortuantely, the Environment doesn't even show up in PowerApps.

Any Ideas?

    Some questions.

    If you add any other role the user is able to see the environment?

    Can you verify if the environment has a security group assigned?

    If the user try to access to the environment using the url, what happens?

    - the user can access & login to the Dynamics 365 environment

    - the user sees the environment on flow.microsoft.com

    - the user DOES NOT see the environment on make.powerapps.com

    - the user DOES NOT see any environments on admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

    I would like that the user also has access to an environment on make.powerapps.com.

    It seems that the system customizer is not everything that is needed for this?

    There is currently NO security group assigned to the environment. Do I need to assign a group?

    Hi

    We can try the following, using a system administrator, in the desired environment.

    Add the desired user  the Environment Admin or Environment Maker role.
