Workflow to run JScript on load of a page

Hello, I'm trying to create a workflow that will run JavaScript when the user opens an Opportunity page or when they click on top navigation.

Does anyone know of a way to trigger JScript to run when a page is loaded or when the MORE COMMANDS option is activated?

You could always use the Visual Ribbon Editor to fire javascript on click of a button although I don't think you will be able to do so with the navigation elements.
