Adding ALL contact to a marketing list

Hi All,

I've created a specific marketing list to send a mass email to ALL contacts on CRM (around 30k). I have other marketing lists with specific contacts in each, but I'm having trouble adding ALL CRM contacts to this particular one.

Any suggestions?

    What is the problem? Can you not just create a marketing list for Contacts and make it dynamic from a query and then just either leave the criteria blank or more likely just select the active contacts (status = active). This will ensure that it always sends to all and keeps updated.

    Add Contacts with advanced find. Status active - and email field(s) containing data. Make the list dynamic.

    Remember to think before you hit send to 30.000 contacts - do you really have a message that applies to all of them? No body likes spam....

    This is an old post - but for adding that many contacts to a marketing list, it is best if you turn off auditing for the entity while you do it, other wise it will just load for hours and not add them to the list.

    Since auditing is there for a reason - turn it back on afterwards.
