sop line items gets deleted while header remains there

Hello My Dear GPenders,

Happy thanksgiving one moe time.

Here is a very strange issue being experienced by one or two users in GP2010 R2

While entering a Sales Orders, User enters all the information; Header and Details and then at the time saving the Sales Order, all the lines gets wiped out however Header information remain there along with the totals but nothing in SOP10200 and no detals at all.

Isn't his strange. This issue is random and experienced only be one or two users.
