I know you are using third party library but could you connect to your CRM service without using the third party?

I expect the problem is with how you have setup the connection, and whether that is correct for your CRM instance. What information have you provided for the connection, and how is your CRM instance deployed (e.g. is it Crm Online or OnPremise, and if it's OnPremise, are you using IFD ?)
