Hi All,

Can any one tell me configuration and setup for redeeming the Loyalty Points in POS. I have loyalty scheme in which i have tender type as loyalty card and i have given negative points for this. I have done payment method setup in Retail->setup->payment method as Pay Loyalty and method is card. For this Payment method i have done card setup also.

I am able to generate issue point if i add the loyalty card to any transaction. For this transaction loyalty points are issued. Now I want to use this earned loyalty point for payment, which I am not able to do currently.

Please if any one can help me with detail of what all are the setup we have to do to redeem earned loyalty point.

I am trying this in Dynamics AX 2012 R2 CU7 environment.

At the time of redeem loyalty points, after clicking pay loyalty you need to enter the amount which equals to your tender set up. Like for 1 point redeem INR 10 will be paid...Point balance is 1000 so if you redeem the total 1000 points means you need to enter 10000 on amount then click ok. After clicking ok real time service access HO AX and redeem points. Try this and check.
