Hello.

I'd like to ask you about the activation of this software.

A customer upgraded or newly installed their system with Dynamics AX, and I can't get into the website.

I think we have not used this AX.

I received a link below as a solution, but I don't know what it is.

Should I buy a software or simply download a program?

Can anybody help me to solve this?

    The link is about Enterprise Portal in AX 2012. If you use Dynamics 365 (as the version tag suggests), it's irrelevant in your case.

    Please tell us what environment type you're talking about, how you've installed it and what exactly happens if you try to access it.

    I think you're right the website is Enterprise Portal by GMsupplypower.com and

    on the website there is a sentence below.

    You cannot view data on this page because you are not a registered user in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics AX administrator.

    If you do have Enterprise Portal, you've attached a wrong version tag, because AX 7 ("current version") doesn't have any Enterprise Portal. Please tell us what's your actual version of AX.

    Anyway, the error says that the account you're using hasn't been added to AX. You shouldn't "buy a software or simply download a program", you should ask an administrator of the environment to go into AX, open System administrations > Users and add your account there.
