Can anyone help me how to check that root cause of this problem. When processing goods received note below screen shows:

In your screenshot above, Quantity field is defaulted to "receive now", try selecting all and that will resolve the issue. "Receive now" is only use when on the previous screen, you actually put values in the Quantity now field on the order line.

I cannot open / zoom the picture and can thus not identify the error message.
Can you try saving your pictures again and then upload them via the 'use richt formatting' form?
