Error linking bank account using Yodlee Service

Hello all BC experts! I am having a hard time with two scenarios with linking 1 bank account and 1 credit card using the yodlee bank link process. Please see the scenarios below and advise if there is a way to to get these accounts linked using the "Link to Online Bank Account" link in BC?

  1. Byline Bank in the US - when trying to link this bank using the "Link to Online Bank Account" from the Bank Account ribbon. We keep getting this error - "No new bank account is created or linked because all online bank accounts are already linked."

2. We have two American Express Credit Cards that we are linking. Each AMEX account has its own bank account record in BC. The first AMEX card which is a employee card is linked successfully. However, the second AMEX account which is a "corporate" AMEX card, does not link using the "link to online bank account" function. We have tried multiple times.  Same message as above.

Any one solves this BC issue?

Thanks!

Hi, you can submit a SR to Microsoft Support to help investigate.

    Thanks.

You can try removing all linked accounts and start from the beginning to re-link to see if that will fix the issue.

If you search in the forum there are a lot of similar issues with Yodlee with no solution. For this reason, I recommend simply setting up a manual bank statement import from a csv file. If that's the path you would like to go, I wrote a blog post about setting up a bank statement import format - The Easiest Way to Import Bank Statements into Dynamics 365 Business Central
