Business Central Support Plan

Greetings to all of you.

Follow the topic which i created a few days ago ( URL -->   ) , i am trying to figure out how to submit a support request to microsoft.

Unfortunately , it seems that no support plan comes with Business Central Essential License. At least, that's what i noticed while trying to submit a support request, from a user who was the Global Adminstrator role and the business central essential license assigned.Due to that , i am not capable of submiting a support request in order to ask for a "forced update", since i can't change the update window on my own.

How should i proceed? Can anyone give me some info related to purchasing and assigning support plans?

    Your Microsoft partner can assist here. Support plans can be taken up with them for varying levels of support.

    To be honest , i would like to know how i can buy a support plan , and which support plans suits me the most.

    Hi

    You need to do it through your BC partner.

    Some companies offer monthly plan (such as this https://archerpoint.com/services/support/support-plans/  or https://stoneridgesoftware.com/dynamics-365-business-central-subscription-support-plan-options/ ) and some may charge you based on their T&M. 

    The only time you can open direct ticket with Microsoft if  you experience Production Outage. 

    Support plan with partner can help with receiving faster answer and they deal with Microsoft.
