Follow the topic which i created a few days ago ( URL --> ) , i am trying to figure out how to submit a support request to microsoft.
Unfortunately , it seems that no support plan comes with Business Central Essential License. At least, that's what i noticed while trying to submit a support request, from a user who was the Global Adminstrator role and the business central essential license assigned.Due to that , i am not capable of submiting a support request in order to ask for a "forced update", since i can't change the update window on my own.
How should i proceed? Can anyone give me some info related to purchasing and assigning support plans?
