Why would you convert a pre-processed report that is superior in terms of performance and better for handling SSRS report timeouts to a non-pre-processed report? I would suggest to stick to implementing it as pre-processed SSRS report.
You may read up about them here, you must have missed one or more steps during the implementation, or you forgot to build Full CIL (since report code executes server-side):

Hi Vilmos Kintera,
Thanks for your replay the pre-processed report so perfect but my problem wasn't with non pre-processed cause the i solved it by exported the project of that contains all report items from AX and delete them, then restart AOS service and Reporting Service then imported the project and redeployed the report again. it works fine now but don't understand why this happened.

Ahmed Issa
