Hi All,

In Dynamics Marketing, I am trying to create a form following Dynamics docs.

I followed the steps, but I can't see the Form hosting tab.

  1. In Dynamics 365 for Marketing, go to Marketing > Internet marketing > Marketing forms.

  2. Create the form and add the required fields to it as usual.

  3. Save the form.
  4. On saving the form, a Form hosting tab appears. Open it.

I followed the steps, but I can't see the Form hosting tab.

Anyone can help please?

Thank you!

The Marketing landing pages created in D365fM are only working if you have the Portal feature (or at least this is my understanding). For the event, you have an option to host it on your Website using your CMS but it's super complex as yo uneed to do some dev using the Angular Framework.

If you are on Wordpress, just create your pages in wordpress and embed D365 Marketing Forms or event better, use the form capture option to capture info from a form created directly from your WP site.

    Hi Abhinav,

I am live and I want to run my landing pages and event website on an external webserver (WordPress). I can't found any documentation about this case, I just found the option of using Dynamics 365 portals in the link below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../purchase-setup

Do you have any idea about the process the set up an external webserver please?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Nima,

Seems like the portal is not installed in the enivronment, did u run FRE? and are you testing on Trail or paid org?

    Hi Abhinav,

Thank you very much. It works perfectly after I put it live. One other question please.

I created a Marketing page from scratch, not from a form, and when I check for errors I get:

Portal Solution is not yet installed

Website: A required field cannot be empty

Container Page: A required field cannot be empty

Page Language: A required field cannot be empty

The problem is that I don't have any of those fields on the form, in any tab. Do you know what it is please?

    Hi Nima,

As per my understanding, Just Saving the form does not Enable the Form hosting tab, you need to Go live then the Form hosting tab appears.

    Hope it helps,

    Best Regards,

    Abhinav sunku.
