Hi,

Has anybody some suggestions which soulution to use to extracts data from scanned business cards to CRM automatically.

I have found this soulution - LINK.

But on brochure it shows that it is working with CRM 3,4. and we need for CRM online.

Thanks in advance

You could use Full Contact and link this to CRM with the Zapier service.  I use this in my environment and it works perfectly.  They use human transcription rather than OCR, so it tends to be more accurate

LiiD for CRM (http://liid.com/) works with both online and on premise. Yo can scan cards as well as create new Accounts. Works for iOS and Android.

Like Zuzana, I think Resco is your best option.

    Hi Davor,

you could also use the CamCard application as a part of Resco Mobile CRM http://www.resco.net/ to have it directly updated in CRM.

    Hi Davor,

Depending on what Mobile device you have there are many Free and Premium Business Card reader Apps available for your Mobile that will allow to export your Contacts as an Excel or Sync your Scanned Contacts to Outlook. From Outlook they can be configured to Sync with MS Dynamics CRM. I personally Use CamCard on Android, however many others prefer Iriscan etc as it can be configured to sync directly with MS dynamics CRM. Also If your CRM is On Premise without IFD, then Outlook sync is one of the simplest options.

I hope this answers you question, kindly Verify :)

    Best Wishes, Raz
