Additional Notes on a Sales Order (or Product)

Hi,

We are using the integration between Dynamics CRM and Business Central. We'd like to add a few comments to a Sales Order below the Products in CRM. But how can we get these comments to go through to BC?

For example on the Sales Invoice out of BC it would say something like;

___________________________________________

Product A $1000

This product relates to your purchase for Q1 (or some other similar comments.

_________________________________________________________

I know how to add Extended Texts to items in BC and how to add these. But we wan tCRM users to be able to additional commentary in CRM that would appear in a Sales Invoice in BC.

You can create in BC Sales Lines with Type = Blank and Description = your custom text. These are text lines that you can use and print in documents.

Thanks but I'm looking for users to add comments/notes in CRM that can be sent through to BC to be added on a Sales Orders.
