Prohibit using a component when the quantity is zero

Is there any way to prevent using a component when the its quantity is zero or negative in manufacturing of Business central ? Is there any possiblity If so, please do render your thoughts which would help me to meet out my requirement.

    Just to clarify, are you asking can you prevent using a component when its Quantity on Hand is zero?  If so, you can set the Prevent Negative Inventory on the Item (or Inventory Setup) level.  If you are using Bin Mandatory, the system will not allow the Bin to go negative.
     
    If you are asking about preventing the usage of a component based on the component's line quantity, that would likely require a custom Extension.  Business Central allows you to consume material to a Production Order even if it wasn't present in the BOM, so there is nothing preventing the consumption.
