How can I run weekly sales reports on all Regional Sales Managers from their activity in CRM?

I built a report however cannot seem to pull in the notes field....?
How are you building your report? If you are using writing a SQL Query, then you will have lookout for the annotation entity. Notes is stored not as a field, but an entity. It is linked to the primary object through the regardingobjectid.
I created a weekly Activities report:
Last updated - Last X days - 7
Activity Type - Does not Equal - Email
[Assuming you are building this through the Report Wizard]
If you select the Primary entity as 'Activities', then you wouldn't find the 'Notes' entity as part of the Related Entity. You will need to create a custom report through BIDS. This is because the Notes entity is not directly related to Activity entity. It is related to Activity entity though the types of Activities (such as Tasks, Phone Call etc).
Maybe this is something I do not have access to, or really just do not understand...?
You cannot do this report using the the report Wizard (if you want to display the notes field data on the report)
You will need to create the report using SSRS and a bids or sql report. This will probably need a developer or someone skilled in SSRS to do this.
