Sales Order with Assemble-to-order Item - can post but cannot preview

Dear NAV experts,

I have created sales order with Assembly items and when I click "Preview Posting", it came back with the following error.

"The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in the G/L Entry table. Check where and how the CONSISTENT function is used in the transaction to find the reason for the error.

Contact your system administrator.

Tables can be marked as inconsistent during comprehensive tasks, such as posting. This prevents data from being updated incorrectly."

However, when i click "Post" the sales order is posted correctly with the right inventory depleted for the order.

I try debugging the code, however, the code finish without reaching the error message part.

Any idea how I can trace which part is the issue?

    Hi,

    Could you check which cumulative update you are using?  The below issue is resolved in the CU 2.

    The current NAV version I am using is NAV 9.0.47444.0 AU which is CU 14.

    Is there any customization in the posting routine?

    Hi Mahesh,

    There is no customisation. The actual posting works, only preview doesn't work. User would like to preview postings prior to the actual posting to make sure everything is in order.

    Are you able to simulate the same example in your test environment and post?  If you don't have a test db, you need to take the current backup and restore as test db.
