eConnect installation

Can anybody help understanding this error? ... when installing e-Connect either in the GP Server or the Client machine

"An error ocurred during the installation of assembly. Microsoft Dynamics.GP.eConnect.FileVersion=18.0.405.5, version 18.0.0.000", culture="neutral". publicKeyToken='3bdada...',procesorArchitecytre='AMD64'. The signature or catalog could not be verified or is not valid.

    New one for me however some basic questions:  Running as Admin during install - logged in as Admin as well?  I believe there is an install log for GP but not sure if captures additional products.  Also the windows user to run the service does it have the correct rights?

    This worked in the end for us when Installed the English version, instead of Spanish
